You are jumping to the incorrect conclusion, I could write pages, but I know a debate with you over Trump is wasted energy. When the court arrives at a verdict, I know you will disagree.
There would have to be crimes committed which at this moment, it has not been shown that they have been. I do expect convictions on cases that go to jury and then the victories will have to be taken in the appellate phase including SCOTUS. There is nothing illegal and certainly not criminal, in Trump contesting an election or having documents or paying someone under an NDA or telling folks to peacefully and patriotically protest at The Capitol. Furthermore, an insurrectionist would not authorize 10k National Guard Troops to thwart his insurrection. This is a preemptive coup attempt that Dems are engaging in
What is the court's evidence? (by the way, the court doesn't have evidence. Prosecutors present evidence to the court)
This is weird for me because I was thinking about creating a Youtube channel with a White version of Mr. Rogers.
Trump Planning Lavish Dinner To Raise Funds For Co-Defendants https://trendingpoliticsnews.com/tr...sture-to-raise-funds-for-co-defendants-mstef/ Former President Donald Trump has put the wheels in motion to host a lavish dinner that is expected to raise $1 million to help alleviate the legal fees pressing down on his 18 co-defendants in the Georgia case alleging election interference. The candlelit dinner, the details of which are still being ironed out, will be a major boost to individuals who do not have the financial largesse of the former president and in some cases have been left in deplorable jail conditions because they could not afford bail.
REPORT: Trump Is Set To Pick Up An Endorsement From A Popular GOP Governor https://trendingpoliticsnews.com/re...-endorsement-from-a-popular-gop-governor-cmc/ North Dakota Governor Kristi Noem is reportedly getting set to endorse former President Donald Trump’s campaign for president, according to a report from CNN. Noem — whose approval rating in the red state has consistently been measured above 60 percent — has been considered as a potential presidential candidate over the last several years. Her name has also been floated as a potential vice presidential candidate as well ahead of the 2024 election.
Was Trump ‘an Officer of the United States’? A careful look at the 14th Amendment’s Insurrection Clause shows that it doesn’t apply to him. https://www.wsj.com/articles/was-tr...d-states-constitution-14th-amendment-50b7d26# To the extent its text is relevant here, the section in question denies to a discrete category of people—including those who have taken an oath “as an officer of the United States . . . to support the Constitution of the United States”—the right to serve as a “Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office . . . under the United States” if they “have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against same.” ----The use of the term “officer of the United States” in other constitutional provisions shows that it refers only to appointed officials, not to elected ones. In U.S. v. Mouat (1888), the Supreme Court ruled that “unless a person in the service of the government . . . holds his place by virtue of an appointment . . ., he is not, strictly speaking, an officer of the United States.” Chief Justice John Roberts reiterated the point in Free Enterprise Fund v. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (2010): “The people do not vote for the ‘Officers of the United States.’ ”
"Will Trump rape Kristi Noam?" is now the first thing on everybody's mind. Make Accountability Great Again.
Sounds like a good place for say a quart of gasoline aerosolised. Really it's only an issue if say anybody was smoking a cigar and with what's-his-name gone that's unlikely.
