Most should have gotten probation. If there is violence, it is minimal and by a few individuals. No serious investigation of why police opened the Capitol doors and voluntarily, encouraged the demonstrators to come in. It is all on video too. If you were supposedly protecting the Capital from an insurrection, you would have kept the doors shut. Of course, they could not have charged anyone. No member of the January 6 Committee has raised questions on the conduct of the police or lack of action thereof.
