From the "Little Book of Donald Trump's Wisest Thoughts". Once again showing the modesty, introspection and ability to admit fallibility that Trump is famous for. "When I drink my little wine -- which is about the only wine I drink -- and have my little cracker, I guess that is a form of asking for forgiveness"
Of course you quoted a tiny part of the entire statement to create a fabricated context. The basic summary of what Trump said is that he does not need to ask for forgiveness because he does nothing wrong unlike all the other crooked politicians.
If Trump goes to communion at all, I am impressed. Whether he is approaching the Lord's table in a worthy manner with the correct thoughts... that is between him and the Lord in my opinion. However, let me say I think the whole point of communion in a Church that believes in the Real Presence of the Lord is to focus on the fact that Jesus died for our sins and that by dying on the cross he destroyed our death and took the punishment for our sins and by rising he enabled us to have eternal life. so if you go to communion thinking you don't need forgiveness, you probably don't really think you need Jesus. You therefore might want to figure out how a good jew can get into heaven. (that is not a put down of jews by the way... at all.) Personally I know I fall short of what God wants me to do almost everyday. I know I don't merit eternal life with Perfection. but, i have no problem with trump thinking like he does either. Perhaps he is a modern day analogy of the prince/rich guy who told jesus he keeps the commandments. thanks for the question. I prefer this to arguing about AGW.
The irony of you posting this is the exact same arguments could be made to revoke your right to work in Toronto because you are taking that job away from a Canadian with IT skills.
What does the Godless left care about this? Someone goes to God, you don't like it. Someone doesn't, you don't like that either. Unless it's a democrat of course, then it's okay whatever they choose.
"The illegals have to go".... That's a BIIIIIIIIG Deal... and all by itself is enough to garner my vote.
I am in Canada LEGALLY on a work permit. No Canadian in Toronto has my specific IT skills otherwise they would be hired in my spot. Which part of Legal is hard to understand?
