Funny, the actual fascists like GWB calling others fascist? President Donald Trump has been persecuted over and over with one bogus lawsuit after another. The fascists are the ones trying to prevent him from running as President of the United States. When you try to shutdown opposing views, you are the fascist. GWB look for the definition of fascist before mouthing off your nonsense.

For years, GWB was a pro-fascist Trumper until COVID scared him into doing a 180

I don't know if this is the gist of what Dimon said, you did let us know you were paraphrasing. I'm hoping, however, Dimon was more circumspect then your brief paraphrase would suggest. Trump may, or may not, have had correct information re China, NATO, Energy, and the Military. Assuming he had correct information and was not embellishing to suit his own self-serving purpose -- an assumption, because of Trumps history of non-stop lying and embellishment, impossible for many to accept -- why, if he were concerned about his nation's security and well being, would he use this information to stir up resentment and aggression among those hardened by perpetual drawing of the short end of the stick, i.e., his MAGA minions? Trumps actions related to these concerns were non-diplomatic and destructive rather than constructive. They served his personal interests and not the interests of the Country he took an oath to protect. That's where the problem lay, and still lies to this day.

With Donald Trump we are saddled with a worst example of our species. One whose profound mental disorder is such that it gives him the ability to get by with using other people to his own ends in a vile and destructive way. He commits his crimes in public, without any of the guilt or remorse that we think of as normal. Consider all the lives his insatiable narcissism has driven him to ruin, all the untimely deaths he has caused, all those lawyers who may never practice law again, all those politicians whose careers have been irretrievably damaged (or will be), all those now siting in jail cells or soon to be. One might dismiss this as the fault of Trump's victims' own avarice, and in some cases it clearly is, but in the main those taken advantage of by Trump are the innocent victims of his persuasive power and charisma; those whose intellect stood them no chance against a Donald Trump, a very sick man with the vocabulary of a 13-year-old and a message that mirrors all the worst instincts of his hapless followers. John Donald Trump, "the most dangerous man in America."

I'm pretty sure what I paraphrased was on target. It was some big deal symposium, he was being interviewed by (CNBC's) Sorkin as I recall, so somewhere on the net there should be a transcript.

I know I joke around a lot, but I wouldn't do that on something like this. That's not saying I didn't get it wrong.... I have CNBC on in the background most of the time, but I listen with 1/2 an ear... so I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's what he said.
