The partnership, which began a year before Trump's presidential campaign kicked off, worked to add Trump Turnberry to a list of hotels used by the airports aircrew, despite the fact that it is significantly farther away from the airport than other hotels used in a similar manner and has higher advertised prices, according to the Times. Executives with the organization met with airport officials for talks on how to drive more referrals, according to the Times, citing documents obtained through the Scottish Freedom of Information law. The Pentagon and the airport both confirmed to the Times that the airport has a separate arrangement with the U.S. Air Force to refuel American planes and arrange hotel accommodations.
Mark Taylor, retired firefighter predicted way back April 2011 that Donald Trump was going to be the next US President! He said God spoke to him and he has chosen Donald Trump to restore the US to its greatness! There is even a documentary on it. The Trump Prophecies!
Yeah? And so? There's absolutely nothing here. Of course the hotel worked to get on the list of places for civilian aircrew laying over, those are good contracts for hotels. While not necessarily big money makers, they provide reliable cash-flow when things are slow. Airlines and charter operations, the good ones, are very picky as to who they chose. A hotel has to meet a variety of qualifications. Net Jets doesn't send their crews to Motel Six. Regarding the Air Force... I'd be willing to bet they are getting the contract fuel price or they never would have landed there. That'll come out you watch. The military negotiates contract fuel prices all over the world. I'll bet you any amount of money that place had contract fuel. They didn't fill up that C-17 at the same price/gallon as you would if you flew a Gulfstream in there. Quit listening to Rachel Maddow. She (and her staff) don't know wtf they're talking about, or if they do, they do all they can to obfuscate an issue to fit their agenda.
