I think he has discovered he can make a nice tidy living by milking everyone in his echo chamber. It appears as though its going to work out far better than Trump Vodka, which bombed, or Trump University that came back to bite him in the ass. (Large target there!) After all, its not illegal to take money from people that send it to you voluntarily without having to promise anything specific in direct return. Just promising so much winning you'll get tired of winning is not really all that specific. I think on this one at least he may stay out of jail.
