No different than the rallying cry of all police officers are racist...Or in "Ricter terms" = response equity.
Where is Judge Judy when we need her. After all, Trump is nothing more than entertainment television.
What Trump actually said is that it is possible he wouldn't be treated fairly by a muslim judge. I heard him say it. Liberals want to argue with that? Is the liberal point of view that it would be 'impossible' for a muslim judge to not treat him fairly? We've already heard them state for the record that a 'wise latina woman' could judge more fairly than a white male. Only white males can be unfair according to the left. And coincidentally, that's one of the biggest reasons people like me are voting for Trump. Because he is the only pol that will call bullshit on it.
Trump should rebut slanders against white men instead of slandering other groups himself. If Trump does win it will be because of heavy support by white voters, especially white men. Given Trump's naked racism, non-whites and Muslims would conclude, with some justification, that many whites are biased against them. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/06/06/u...-judge-be-trump-neutral-trump-thinks-not.html Could a Muslim Judge Be Trump Neutral? Trump Thinks Not By MAGGIE HABERMAN New York Times JUNE 5, 2016 Donald J. Trump said Sunday that a Muslim judge might have trouble remaining neutral in a lawsuit against him, extending his race-based criticism of the jurist overseeing the case to include religion and opening another path for Democrats who have criticized him sharply for his remarks. The comments, in an interview with John Dickerson, the host of CBS’s “Face the Nation,” come amid growing disapproval from fellow Republicans over his attacks on Judge Gonzalo P. Curiel, a federal judge in California overseeing a suit against the defunct Trump University, whose impartiality Mr. Trump questioned based on the judge’s Mexican heritage. And they came as Republicans, concerned about how his remarks could harm their ability to retain control of the United States Senate and have a detrimental effect in races further down the ballot, continue to grapple with how to distance themselves from Mr. Trump’s rhetoric without alienating his die-hard voters. Mr. Trump has called Judge Curiel, who was born in Indiana to Mexican immigrants, a “Mexican” and said he has a “conflict of interest” in the case because of Mr. Trump’s proposed border wall with Mexico. The case that Judge Curiel is overseeing is a class-action suit in which students of the for-profit operation say they were defrauded. Mr. Dickerson asked Mr. Trump if, in his view, a Muslim judge would be similarly biased because of the Republican presumptive nominee’s call for a ban on Muslim immigrants. “It’s possible, yes,” Mr. Trump said. “Yeah. That would be possible. Absolutely.”
The NYTimes headline is a lie. Like I said, Trump said it's possible they could be unfair. He didn't say they could not. I saw the interview. Neither you nor the nytiimes can get this lie past me. Secondly, neither muslims or mexicans are a race. Calling him racist for any of this just shows you are an idiot.
Ex-Texas official: Trump U probe dropped due to politics Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has moved to muzzle a former state regulator who says he was ordered in 2010 to drop a fraud investigation into Trump University for political reasons http://finance.yahoo.com/news/ex-texas-official-trump-u-probe-dropped-due-065256970--election.html
So the only type of judge that is suitable for tRump is a racist white xenophobic ignorant egotistical bigoted uncharitable low-class orange person with small hands.
I bet that kind of judge wouldn't be pulling the kind of crap this Mexican racist anti American judge is pulling.
AFAIK, the only thing this judge did was get educated, pursue a career in law, and happen to have Mexican parents. Being Muslim is much less relevant in a civil business case then Trump's habit of going bankrupt in various past businesses. What exactly has this judge done that you call crap here ? Or are you just making stuff up based solely on their stated religion and/or their parents heritage ? How comfortable would you be having your career or values questioned based solely on your parents background and actions in their life ? Seems largely irrelevant to me.
