And according to this poll https://mic.com/articles/123445/thi...k-lives-matter-has-changed-america#.ET1emMA4h ...the black lives matter movement, using such falsehoods as 'hands up, don't shoot', caused the public perception to move dramatically toward the notion that blacks are getting the shaft in law enforcement justice. The only problem? It was built largely on lies, like the aforementioned, hands up crap. Meanwhile, after the media and entire establishment paint Trump as a racist for opposing this judge, you're poll indicates that they're tactics worked. Who would be surprised? The problem is that this judge is affiliated with groups that publicly expressed a desire to hurt Trump. And he made rulings that many felt showed exactly that. It should be obvious to anyone he should not be presiding over this case. Trump was right. But if the polls support black lives matter and oppose Trump, as good republicans we should go along with it, I suppose. Not. Me.
Here's an article at PBS complaining about blacks having to appear before white judges. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/juvenile/bench/race.html Uh, they don't seem to think it's a very good thing. Any more rantings and ravings from Blowhard Central?
She is definetly no lightweight, makes more in one day then you make in 5yrs, plus a guy I use to trade with went to law school with her and says she gives wicked head.
Ann Coulter has a law degree, has written numerous best selling books, appears on everything from Fox News to The View, makes scores of speeches each year and is not afraid to attack sacred cows. Her columns make interesting points that are backed up by facts, ie lawyerlike, but with a lot of satire and sharp humor thrown in for entertainment. This particular column cuts to the heart of the Trump/judge bogus controversy. We have been told for decades that we desperately need diversity on all things, but particularly the judiciary, as judges from diverse backgrounds bring their own special insight. This judge's background happens to feature an obsessive focus on all things Hispanic, particularly circumventing our immigration laws. He is handling a case against a candidate who has ridden the immigration issue to the presidential nomination, and has made ruling after ruling against Trump, the latest in a motion brought by the DNC's media arm, the Washington Post. Anyone in Trump's shoes would feel they were getting shafted due to political bias. It is all too familiar that the cowards running the republican party couldn't wait to criticize their nominee on the ridiculous ground of racism, which isn't even at issue. No doubt they didn't want to address the real issue, which is bias against Trump for his politics, since they all agree with the judge on open borders and amnesty.
"Judge Sotomayor has given several speeches about the importance of diversity. But her 2001 remarks at Berkeley, which were published by the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal, went further, asserting that judges’ identities will affect legal outcomes. “Whether born from experience or inherent physiological or cultural differences,” she said, for jurists who are women and nonwhite, “our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging.’”-----americanthinker.com
