not yet at least. i am just looking for someone who has actually experienced the program to speak up.
I thought someone in this thread or the other latest Don Miller thread had mentioned he had either taken the course or was a jellie. Can't remember which one it was. Maybe you can PM him and he will give you some insight on Don's course.
Its not all lost is it.. unless he was massive long on MF shares.. if he didnt withdraw before BK then he will have to wait sometime to get his account funds back but even worst case he should hopefully get something back, XX cents on the dollar etc. In the meantime if he cant trade, he can spend the time fleecing another few groups of KY Jellies, 150K was what each group of suckers was paying before IIRC.
I doubt Don is still at MF as he changed brokers months ago. Now if he did leave his money in there, then......
Would you happen to have the web link in which he mentioned his change of brokers? Which firm does he now use? Thanks.
http://goo.gl/TQFHE Which means if I'm reading it right is he went to Photon/FuturePath with Raschke as he mentions her specifically in this post. And Pat Lafferty is my IB too (which is how I started with MF) and he mentions Pat in his thanks as he moves on.
This was Linda's explanation yesterday. FCM is FuturePath, clear through MF. Just takes paperwork to change who you clear through, no funds are held by MF. "For those of you who have had accounts with MF Global, I'm sure you have experienced stress with their bankruptcy. I was clearing some of my business through FuturePath at MFGlobal and am happy to say that they were able to facilitate my moving over to some of their other cleraing relationships. FuturePath Trading is my primary relationship and I have been using them for 11 years. I am taking the time to pass on this information to you in the event that you may need another trading option. FuturePath Trading is able to accomodate Photon Trader, TT, CQG, and Ninja traders as well as HFT black box at several other FCMs while still maintaining the integrity of providing their own high end networks, servers, and hosting options. If you're looking for other alternatives, visit www.FPTrading,com or call 312-987-2062."
