Didn't one of say he looks like Tom Selleck?

He looks a heck of a lot like Jake Bernstien....he sure acts like him. Jake Bernstien is also one of the worlds great traders. He tells you so!! He's made a fortune trading the cycles dating back to the eighties.

Some people will believe anything. Has Miller produced trading statements or tax returns to back up his bold statements? I doubt it. Calling some shill broker is like asking bernie m's accountant or feeder fund, if bernie is a top investment advisor.

  2. Jake Bernstein calls himself one of the worlds great traders

Larry Williams, who is less modest, calls himself the "most accomplished" trader

You see, what all those gurus have in common ?

Our beloved Don didn't want to do a live session ...

He never showed any trading statements, just some numbers on a FREE blog (legal reasons ?) which were removed after he started looking for victims..euh...jellies.

This guy has a track record as a vendor, do you know of any REAL trader, market wizard with such a track record ?

Do real traders have time to put up and maintain a nice blog ?

Do real traders have time to do SEO and rank well in the search engines ?

Do real traders have time to post on trading forums with different aliases ?

    Question answered. PERIOD

Don did a 2 hour live session last month for over 500 people free on Hot Comm. In addition, you can go on Linda Raschke site where he did a 2 hour free session which you can access by registering (free) and reading it. As far as trading statements call his broker. "Do real traders have time to do a blog?" Some do and some don't. Brett Steenbarger seems to do quite well.

    Bob

PS I would like to see your trading statement--please put it on the site so we can all see it. If not, put your brokers number here with permission to call him just like Don has done. If you won't move on

If brokers are so shrill and wouldn't possibly tell the truth put yours on here with permission to call him and see how your doing. If not, move on.

  5. Being deeply involved in philanthropy and working closely with family foundations and corporate giving, I have to say the ADA press release written by Don was over the top tacky. Stick to trading and let a professional handle the media Don. And comparing individual returns to managers constrained by position and objective limits is like comparing Puretick to Harvard endowment returns, completely meaningless.

BOSTON, October 1, 2009 – In 2008, Don Miller conquered the financial markets as his 214% private
fund return beat that of assets managed by the world’s top public Commodity Trading Advisors. This
summer, Don embarked on a mission to transfer his knowledge by training others to become selfsufficient
in the markets by pairing his desire to elevate the professionalism of his industry with his
desire to find a cure for diabetes.

Hey bob - I mean Don

I'm not running a Jellies website and making bold statements. I do have 25 years from the school of hard knocks behind me. Including time spent of the floor.

I will say this however. There is merit in using the electronic platform w/ a pit trader approach. focusing on the b/a edge and being really fast....When you start doing size that's how you can start making money. Most directional speculators go broke. It was true on the floor and its true today aAs Charlie D describes in his talk to new CBOT traders.
