+1 Miller is the exact opposite of humble. He is even boasting he is the best in his league (by account size).
Apparently you don't know any succesful traders. only the losers are humble and beat down. succesful traders are among the most arrogant and self assured people on earth.
To me that's just a sales pitch. He admits thats he's made lots of mistakes in the past. I can relate to his early struggles in trading and find it refreshing for someone in this industry to be so open about he's turned things around now he's reached a point of great consistency. Personally I am intrigued to find out how his 'Jellies' experiment goes, I guess if you're reading this you are too. Just my cents worth, I'll shut up now once and for all.
As I posted before if you don't believe Don then I suggest you call Pat Lafferty, broker and owner of Capital Trading Group--MF Global out of Chicago. Don has given permission for anyone to speak with his broker about his account and what he has achievedâ2008 and 2009. His number is 1800-554-6290 or 312-528-3370. In addition, for those who are critical of Don, please post your own broker with a number where we can reach him so we can find out how you are doing. You will need to make sure permission is available for him/her to give out the trading success or failure. Bob
my question always is, why does one feel the need to teach for a fee after becoming succesful? it certainly makes more sense to teach at a fee if you need funds---- if you don't one should teach for free.
What are you talking about Ambien? There are so many examples to refute what you are saying it's almost silly to have to educate you. For example, lets look at sports. Bill Walsh was a very successful coach at Stanford in the 70's and then went on to coach the Niners. Did he do that for free? Bill Parcell's was obviously a very successful and wealthy individual and went to the Cowboys and now is in Miami. Is he doing that for free? Should he do that for free? Why should Don work for free since he has done well. Bob
