Last time Harvey Houtkin and I had dinner, he was still in charge of Domestic...but focusing more on the ATTN ECN.... Harvey started All-Tech Securities back in the 90's. Mostly retail at that point, but sold that to go with more of a Prop slant. You can do a google search for Harvey...he's quite a colorful character... Don
