You are welcome. "dollar per point" and "value per point" is the same for instruments which are denoted in USD. If you decide to use instruments in other currencies then you would need to covert "value per point" of that instrument into "dollar per point". Example: the European stock index ESTX50 futures contracts denotes in EUR. It has 10 Euro "value per point", which would currently be (approx.) 11.20 "dollar per point".
