Why is the dollar stronger tonight, except against yen? I f 7-800 dollars are being exchanged for mbs shouldn't dollar be weaker?
I find it comical that the statement above has become the fallback phrase when people don't understand what is happening. "Oh yeah that news is already priced into the market, it was expected." Then a couple weeks later the tone changes when the market turns negative. "Maybe that news wasn't priced into the market."
