Dollar intervention

  1. At some point, is intervention by US interests inevitable?
    Not trying to make dire predictions, just wondering how it would happen?
     
  2. There has been intervention by Asian central banks these last months which was even covered by main stream media although it failed to atract much attention.

    Asia steps in to support dollar

    Asian central banks intervened heavily in the currency markets on Thursday to stem the appreciation of their currencies against the US dollar amid fears that their exports could be losing ground against China.
