You do know at max it's a misdemeanor charge yes? And it's IMPOSSIBLE an OCA can be prosecuted for receiving unsolicited emails.

I find it amazing that every single Con who cries and whines about anonymous source is dancing on a QUESTION (not even a report) based on anonymous sources from a guy who is a gossip columnist and has made outrageous claims in the past.

    You guys are shameless.

  2. Sure. Motormouth Debbie complained bigly that the Ruskies hacked the DNC and then refused to let the FBI have access to the system to look for digital fingerprints. What's wrong with that picture class?

And you gotta be pissed at those low-life Ruskies ordering Hillary to call decent Americans "deplorables." Yeh, Hillary is the victim here.

Obama knew about the russian meddling four months before the election and did nothing about. When asked he basically said "because I expected Hillary to still win so I did not want to mess with it." Then Killary loses and suddenly he is kicking ruskies out of the country. What a guy.

Most people who are experts in the field (and even trump himself) have acknowledged that Russia meddled in the election. To what extent, they are still studying. To what extent trump was aware, they are still studying.

You are either okay with Russia meddling or not.

If you are not, you should support the investigations even if your guy won.

If you are okay with the meddling then you don't care about America no matter how patriotic you claim to be. American democracy defines America.

  4. I said wayyyy back before the election that hillary was a complete idiot to not take a plea deal on a misdemeanor. She owned the dems who owned the justice department, including the FBI and she could have gotten a light deal and with conditions that all other related crimes would be dropped or not pursued. She could have then come out and done something out of character and said: "While I do not agree with all of the allegations that have been raised in the press or by political opponents, I acknowledge that I fell short of statutory requirements to provide safekeeping of records."

Boom, it is over with, the country is reeling in disbelief that she would ever take responsibility for everthing. Then the next day she is back to denying everything and saying "this is what it looks like when you try to break that highest glass ceiling, the system tries to take you down, but we will not let it." The base and some swing voters would have gobbled it right up.

But no. The biitch dug in deeper and stonewalled it every step of the way, thinking the transgender vote would get her over the top.

The issue is not "receiving emails." She violated a provision of the Espionage Act that says it is a felony to "remove confidential government documents from their place of normal safekeeping" ie. a complete frigging offline server system. As almost every legal expert says, unless they work for the dnc, Comey was totally wrong in saying he could not charge her because he could not prove intent. The statute is crystal clear that it is "gross negligence" to do so and intent is not required.

first of all she could face multiple felony counts.
why do you lie at ever juncture?

    secondly...
this has nothing to do with national security leaks.
its a report as you said.

my statement was in response to someone who said she would tell them to fuck off.

finally, I started my comment with "if".

    1. Absolute bullshit, not a single non-partisan lawyer or prosecutor has said that, Comey outright said she didn't break any laws. An OCA cannot be prosecuted for using her powers as an OCA or receiving unsolicited emails from people who had clearance. Never mind the fact that not a single one of the emails were properly marked to establish intent and intent to do what exactly?

    2. This is not a 'leak', the gossip columnist is asking a QUESTION, was the WH transcript leak a 'national security' leak?

    3. I am 100% sure this is fake news and I will bump this thread when it's proven as usual (just like that Seth Rich BS)

Absolute horseshit from you as usual, you cleverly left out the 'knowingly removes' part, you think no one would notice that?

'Almost' every legal expert, another blatant lie as usual

This thread is a perfect example of how dishonest and disingenous the right wing is on everything from wanting 'evidence', anonymous sources and gossip being treated as news. I am sure jem would be really upset about this.

  9. Too bad that Barry did not subscribe to your "you are either okay with it or not" philosophy. He had a conditional approach to it. "If it looks like Hillary is still going to win, I am okay" and then when she loses "we can't have this."

I am going to take a wild and crazy guess that you won't be questioning his patriotism.
