+1. If it IS a legitimate site, then how could you pay $99 to get off? That is like saying you can get a bankruptcy waived from your credit reports for a one-time payment of $999 directly to Experian. Sounds like fraud, and this also sounds like it should be illegal.
If you enter your info to check the list, what is to prevent this site from instantly adding your info onto the list for no reason? You are on the blacklist! $99.00 please. And what is with having to enter your CC#? Only an idiot would give away their CC# to this site. They are probably selling those numbers on the blackmarket. FYI: It's not found in the BBB site.
