Slave2Market, We have found the problem with the sporatic regional quotes, and also have found a workaround. If a regional symbol is entered into the Data Manager without it's respective composite symbol, then the regional trades will come in sporatically. We are working on a fix for our software, but until we can get that released, I would suggest entering the composite symbol of each regional stock on a Quote Window (effectively putting it in the DM). Once this is done the Data Manager, will send every regional trade to each application connected. If you have any questions, please let me know.
