I've had my old (legally bought) TS working away on an offline desktop for years, with the dongle forgotten where it was plugged in the back of the box. It never gave a problem. Anyway that PC is now for the trash. That software, although old, is still good for a couple of jobs. So I'm wondering if it can be made to work on my laptop which has no parallel printer dongle compatible socket. My bright idea is to get a parallel printer to USB adapter and try it. I assume someone already knows if this will work? I'm sorta surprised a search didn't show a previous thread on this.
