You think I’m perpetuating a “victim” narrative because I don’t think Trump is good for our democracy? That’s a proper nonsensical statement that those people would make. Trump absolutely can. It's happened in many other places. Being concerned about this is literally respecting what those people died for. Those people died so that democracy would be preserved. They didn't sit at home and say "our republic will survive the Japanese invading us so i'm going to watch TV" And if you can't see that then maybe it's because you want it to happen. That's properly disrespecting America. But MAGA is never really concerned about disrespecting America or the troops. For the people you watch on TV, patriotism is a tool to further their agenda whether it be properly patriotic or not.
I think trump disrespecting McCain who served is really bad but you dont seem to care.... trump is having people arrested without due process and thrown in jail.... that is exactly what the Constitution is designed to prevent yet you do not seem to care.
