I went short the YM and the Euro close to the same time today; both had a break but the euro bounced back up quick (quicker that I had anticipated; thought we were in for another down move) ~10:30 sold the euro for a slight loss (thought we were going to head back down and were just retracing). I had my finger on the sell button but thought for sure we were headed for at least another 10 point move lower. anyways so whats the deal with the euro? is this a coincidence or does it often do the opposite of what the US indexes?
ya I was pissed; didnt press the button so went from a 15 point gain to a 5 point loss. and I'm looking at the chart now and it looks like someone lit a fire under its posterior.
