Does the ES contract have market makers?

Does the CME provide big trading firms with a title of market maker?

Trying to understand who gets to see the full depth of orders. Who fills my stop loss order when it is touches the level for 1 second and bounces back?

Any insights are greatly appreciated.

Would still appreciate any color as to whether there are firms/traders out there with the full market depth (beyond the typical 10 that we see) as well as the position of the stops.

 

What platform are you using to view 10 levels in ES?
