Does Telecom's recent move mean the end is near?

Interesting that one of the biggest industry laggards during this bull run, Telecom, came on strong recently.

 

Bonds shooting higher is a bigger sign . . .

 

possibly a rise in the vix as well...

 

In this bull market, a rising VIX with a rising market has sometimes resulted in further price advancement.
