Does TA work better or worse on lower or higher time frames?

David Aronson says otherwise. He wrote the book evidence based technical analysis to debunk TA

  2. Aronson obviously doesn't get either. Hey... you can find a gazillion people to swear "TA doesn't work"... lots of them on ET. Doesn't matter how many say it, it's not so.

You seem to feel strongly that "TA doesn't work". That so, why don't you just let it go? Just drop arguing against. Do you feel righteous in trying to save some "TA believer" from himself?

Why do you believe it works?

  4. Been doing it for years. I can't envision just what "non believers in TA" use to trade the markets.... successfully, that is.

When an informed trader enters the market with large size. How can this be hidden from the price chart?

  9. 1. If the order is large enough, it will likely move the chart.

    2. How can you tell if a large order is placed by an "informed trader" or some dumbass?

You're forgetting K.I.S.S. and being distracted by a wrong/irrelevant consideration.

    1. When chart shows the move and its recognizable, you might be too late to act on it.

    2. dumbass dont have the money to put large orders. They have lost all their $$$
