Does SPY gapped filled mean end of rally?

The SPY gap at 109-110 that occurred last October has now been filled. Often, when gaps are finally filled, it signals the end of a move.

Does this gap filling mean that the rally is about over?

 

my primary wave count says it is

but my alternate wave count say it may not be

There is a definite rally ahead, the melt up is going to occur into the end of the year pushing the dow above 11,000.
