Does order priority persist from pre-market to regular session?

I'm wondering if the priority of an order carries over from the pre-market to the regular session. For instance, if I place a limit order for 100 GOOG @ 350 at 8AM, will it have priority over a similar order placed at 11AM?

In particular, I'm interested in INCA, BRUT, and ARCA.

    Thanks,

i think MM's can do whatever they want. many times i place order 2-3 hours before the price hit this level. and i'm pretty sure, that i was alone @ that particular time. and when my target is reached, bunch of shares just pass by at my price and nothing happens. no fill. then-price drops and never come back. end of story. but i'm talking about not really liquid stocks and my experience with it.

Yes, ecns preserve time priority throughout the entire day. There is no difference between the premarket and the regular session.

Right, thanks. I just got the same answer from my new broker. Ameritrade staff had really led me astray on this.
