It's not as if he was under oath when he made the statement or had any obligation to follow through. It's GOLF for Christs sake. Coz when Obama is elected as our President, then Bush will have already messed stuff up so bad that poor Obama's socialist idea's wont even have a fair chance to work and it won't be his fault that things are not looking good.
Bush got a free pass from the repubs as they blamed Clinton for all of his problems, so...if the republicans were fair minded (which they aren't of course) a democrat President should get the same free pass because of the failures of Bush and the big messes he is leaving in his wake.
