That would be 27x cheaper than the current 2 year leap 3 otm trading @ $7.........are you sure you weren't looking at Chg instead of price when you bought?

 

Later on this evening I will do my weekly writeup for my journal. The whole thing from 2023 to current is many threads deep now to sort through, but I could jump to the settlement dates of the original CALL purchases if you need more proof.

It is possible that you are thrown off because when I bought them I believe the leaps were closer to 1.5 years DTE instead of a full 2-year. On the flip-side though, I could have bought the calls for maybe half the price if I had actually got to them only a few days earlier.

The math doesn't add up man. You either got the deal of the century or somethings wrong. There's no way you're going to get a Bitcoin tracking ETF 2 year leap 3 otm for $0.26.

You shouldn't post images with those applications open on the side, there are applications that can extract text from pixelated images.

 

This is really getting silly. I already have told you (with screen shots) to prove it. And yet you seem to claim impossible. I've not yet had anyone criticize any of my logged trades in my journal. I've been logging my LEAPs in there since 2023, and in fact, even the TITLE of the thread has the term 'LEAPs' in it. I've been pretty thorough in updating the account from VaR to cash and margins.

Since we're beating a dead horse here... I went into the IBKR 2023 trading records specifically to the settlement of the original BTCC.B calls purchase.




It appears, I may have lied about ONE thing. I said I purchased at 26 cents. In reality, I bought them for even less premium! That's because I paid $125 in fees after loading up on 100 contracts. That pushed the cost up a penny from 0.25 to 0.26

 

There is nothing showing that can't go public. I am aware of what I post (unfortunately).

 

Sounds like you've well documented everything. It seems leap setup can be tricky. Do you usually track settlement dates for all your trades?

 

Ok so currently to pay .26 for 3 otm, you have to go 4 dte, but somehow you paid .26 going out 592 DTE? The closest expiry I can find to compare is 438 DTE 3 otm going for $6.
