bc you're an idiot and clearly backpedaling. "Passive income" is clear to everyone that you're referring to dividends but look like a fool. Trackers, track. They do not bleed "passive income".

BITO converts gains into dividends. lol ask yourself why BITO is unch in 2024 with BTC doubling? Your hilarious hypothetical notwithstanding.

    Dude, torch your computer.

Further, they can't own the asset so they're carrying futures (both meanings) at a premium. Sure, it's converged to a large extent, but the futs aren't going to trade at a discount.

BITO is the only one yielding close to 50% which is what you used in the graph.

  7. Unchanged? Look at the chart. I did the math and from Jan1 to Dec31 bitcoin barely out performed the equivalent position in BITO...like by about 5k starting with 100k lol...during a halvening rally no less. From March to Nov Bito position would have received 50k in dividends while bitcoin was flat.

AND why are we focusing on BITO??? Did I mention BITO?

So if you invest 100k in bitcoin you can "hope" to average a return of 77k per year over 10 years...so in 10 years you could return 770k. This would mean that bitcoin would have to be worth what..870K?
