That was one very INCORRECT answer. Sure it does make a huge difference. I had the same issue. Between 2 different livecharts there were about 30 secs difference and one had a Doji the other had a red candle, or one was red, the other still green. The solution is to compare those 2 charts and see which one gives better signals on the long run and stick with it. P.S.: One chart was webbased, thus I had no way of changing its clock...
