does anyone sleep exactly at a fixed time?

  1. I mean anyone here who fall asleep exactly at some fixed time, for example at 9:30pm, or the within a tiny range between 9:25~9:40pm, every evening, and wake up exactly at the same time such as 6:30am each moring ? how many days in a year?

or I can call it consistent sleeping. first I think it is possible, since each person has an unique biligical clock, works perfectly.

but I found often most people sleep errantically.

does this shed somelight on your trading?

  2. I try to but my wife is a night owl and has no set schedule for going to bed so that makes it difficult.

I worked nights long ago, so I never got back to whatever normal is. I seldom get more than 3-4 hours of sleep, just too hyper and I never cared for side effects of sleeping pills. I seem to function well enough, a few hours of day trading in middle of the night often bores me to death and I get sleepy, coffee makes me sleepy too.
