Does anyone know why MMs are quoting NYSE stocks now?

This is a serious question. Just noticed it for the first time Monday.

It seems areyoukidding is trying to reach 2000 posts by the end of the year, with actual content of posts not a concern.

 

i think you've been missing a lot if you just noticed this monday. they're not only quoting them, they're trading them too. have been for quite a while.

Its called CAES, old news. Like 10 yrs old news. LOL

 

Its not just ECNs its actually market makers too. punch up any stock, eg ibm, amr, etc.
