I get Futures Magazine too. I guess I might have subscribed to it in the past or they have somehow found me. I really don't read it that much if at all. I still like reading a good book, but magazines or newspapers are a thing of the past to me, pretty much.
back then if you had a series 3 you got it for free. Getting a magazine in the mail was a really big deal. You could be sure when she saw it arrive that there would be sex that night since she knew you would be more than content to just sit in bed and read about reverse crush spreads. And nothing pisses off a wife more than a happy man. But when I went independent, it was no longer free, and every penny counted, and there were no longer pennies to be committed to a magazine, just for fun.
The publisher changed the name of this magazine to Modern Trader. I have seen it on the magazine stand at Barnes & Noble.
That's the name of the website, which matches the old name for the magazine. Apparently, they kept the old website name but changed the name of the printed magazine.
Futures print edition became Modern Trader. I'm still receiving it because it has always been free to me (perhaps though a broker promotion or something, but they still keep offering it). I liked the old futures format better, but like I said, still free. Always a good article or two. I miss Ginger's commentary, though. Daniel Collins is now editor. He's OK, too, IMO.
