Does anybody use Brut for Listed Execution?

Discussion in 'Order Execution' started by Copernicus, Apr 30, 2005.

  1. anyone have any more information on BRUT and their new listed fees at being free for both adding and taking. I found some things on nasdaqtrader.com but I want to get this straight so I can have the right info. I do about 3 million shares a day on listed stocks and this would save me a ton of money on commissions

    excellent question

i don't have the answer but would like to

perhaps you might rephrase the question over in Career Trader or Trading sections

Free trades through Brut might pull a better response:)

  4. 3 million shares a day? i see no way a person could make money on 3 million listed shares a day. slippage and even .001 commission would eat one alive

don't count on it... i post on brut all the time and rarely get filled althought it is worth a try... and if you're taking the bid/offer BRUT is rearely there. BUT it is definitely worth a try... I'd trade on BRUT more often if I could (hey man it's free!)
