does any etf correlate 100% with china?

the fxi has a miserable correlation with shanghia. with china so popular whby is there not a 100% china etf yet? this will be a short of a lifetime once it tops

 

I tried finding one that matched and I couldn't

CAF is another one, it's the A shares.
I'm actually short it.

 

FXI is hard to borrow but has options (thinly traded)
