Does a disciplined trader smoke weed (?)

I strongly believe a joint is different than a stogie in size and amount of THC...a joint is smaller in both categories (size & THC).

I described the bus driver at the winter festival smoking a "stogie" with children nearby. It was the biggest stogie I have ever seen and the pot odor was the strongest I've seen in years. Yeah, I strongly agree that someone doing such around kids is a jackass move. Last time I've personally seen one that big was when I was younger...smoked by my brother and his friends.

Yet, now as an adult...I've friends that make the "restaurant" comparison...sitting next to someone smoking a stogie is much different than sitting next to someone drinking a glass of wine or having a glass of beer.

As stated earlier, I've gotten a small buzz while sitting next to friends getting high but I've never gotten any alcohol in my system while sitting next to someone having a glass of wine or can of beer.

Maybe its my upbringing via having smoking parents that never smoked in the house nor in a car nor with us kids sitting next to them...they were very concerned about the impact of second hand smoke to us kids.

Regardless, employers, events and others are setting down their own rules regardless to the fact that marijuana is now legal. Its a new law and they got to make a lot of adjustments to the law here in Canada.

Biggest adjustments will be the change in the age limit and valid testing equipment for police. I'm a fan for the 25 years age limit but only because there's extensive research that shows the mind is still developing until age 25 eventhough the age law is different for other issues.

Up here they prefer to use the word "cannabis".

A good question. But I think what you are trying to answer is actually a different question. ''Is this good for me and how I use it, will it continue to be good for me''. So obviously that is a subjective question. I think its a little crazy to take that question and open it up as everyone reacts differently to weed.
I personally smoked a lot of weed when I was in highschool, then woke up one day and concluded that it was slowing me down when all I wanted to do was function faster and at higher capacity. So I gave it up. That was about 15 years ago and Ive been happy with that decision. I have seen peers stay smoking the whole entire time and suffer from the consequences of missed opportunities, psychological issues etc, but whats to say those missed opportunities were not always to be.

I know people also hwo are extremely highly functional, extremely smart and they smoke weeb, THC oils or CBD, choosing to take THC in its more refined form and get away from actually smoking anything.

There are other guys I know who are mid sized traders, 50/ 100/ 200 contracts in oil who actually need to smoke in order to trade at their best, or so they say.
So its a colourful world and to me, its more of a personal question.

Nope, it was a bad question. There was no reason to single weed out from the list of mind altering substances, including alcohol. OP also could have specified if it is bad DURING trading hours, but that is not what he asked.

And as your response showed, the answer is too individual dependent (thus no definite answer), so the correct answer to the original question is:

You (and your P/L) tell us!

Couldn't the OP just compare his trade results when he's high versus his trade results when he's "not" high ?

Also, he states he only does it once or twice per week but does not state if he's doing such before, during or after trading nor does he mention his trading results when he does such versus his trading results when he does not do such.

Maybe a more important question should be why you hanker for altered states of consciousness. Is there anything specific you do not like about "normal" reality and state of consciousness? This is a question any "drug addict" should ask himself no matter what substance he or she uses and dig deep into it

I have been trading for some years while baking decent amount of herb. I would say weed cannot give you trading edge if you do not have any. If you have an edge weed won't surely destroy it

  9. Cannabis is the most popular drug in the world, and it’s gaining in popularity as it becomes legal—medicinally or recreationally—in more and more states. Drugs such as marijuana are not heavily affected our body and brain. Many doctors confirm that using weed or cbd oil does not have so many negative effects but for safe use it the essential to control the dose usage. Sometimes I feel like my brain activity starts to decrease and I use some methods from here https://420highstreet.org/detox-pills-for-drug-test/ help me to get rid of this drug from my organism
