Will Trump repeal the rules in Dodd-Frank that eliminates hedging and enforces the first in first out rules?
Dodd Frank is a law passed by congress. It can not be repealed by the president like an executive action can. FIFO has nothing to do with DF , I believe it is status quo for now.
