define the terms of the bet. Also what criteria are you using here, zillow, an appraisal, median home values?
It was a joking bet....we were just kidding around. Two and a half years ago I kept telling him to sell his house and take his profit because real estate was headed for a huge correction. He kept saying and still says that real estate won't correct.
