Considering you are a sponsor, shouldn't you have all the answers?

    I use stockcharts.com.
I look for stocks making new highs.
I use price and volume and volatility as a filter.
Throw in a few set-up rules and a little money management and you have a trading strategy.

  7. You have to be an Expert at Something. I have never met an expert at everything.
Be a specialists at something, just like a doctor with a specific focus.

MOSTLY ETFs out of my trading notebook\
about 80% of them have real good volume like SPXS,SPXS,sds, SH.................
    SOME others , wide bid\ask spread/LOL:D:D
I also study some single stocks but dont trade those anymore, but since they move more than almost any ETF, helps with ETF price shocks:caution::caution:

    I use both methods.

I trade certain stocks on a regular basis.
Those are ones that I've researched and
traded previously so I'm fairly confident
    in how they will perform.

And I trade stocks that are volatile on a
given day, those may be different each
    day.
