You trade based of defined criterias/plans If your criteria /plan is to trade every day, so be it. But honestly, I don't think it's a good plan. If you make money that way, then keep going.
Instead of asking if anyone trades every single day, why don't you ask instead whether if anyone is making money every day. You see, it's way more important to be profitable on a daily basis than merely to trade every day. BTW if you have the uncontrollable trading itch, I suggest you call the traders anonymous: 1-800-FU2-FOMO
If 1-800-FU2-FOMO isn't picking up the phone (they're obviously really busy due to traders like you), call their sister company at 1-800-IAM-POOR.
not only did i trade everyday i traded every minute. According to Brooks, who is the most intense trader i know, he says if you are trader you should be trading. but he trades ES the most active market and that too only in the American session. Globex is relatively recent. Practice what you do is important too. learning is also important. but after you learn, you have to make good trades. trading in dead markets you end up dead. i have also realized that trading ES before US session is frustrating most of the time so tomorrow for the first time in my life i will trade only US session, maybe start around 3 hours before US markets open rather than 12 hours earlier.
I personally don't trade every single day but about others, I think it depends on their trading style, risk tolerance, and individual circumstances.
Your trading style is quite akin to mine! I know there are different types of traders in the market but I should mentioned scalpers particularly.
