  2. Remember when Obama said “bitter” small-town Americans “cling to guns or religion”.

    Why is he clinging now?

  4. Funny how surgical the left is with their tolerance and understanding of Islam, yet seem to use a very broad brush in condemning other religions. Makes one wonder!

I don't watch it much, and that red herring is logically irrelevent to my point... typical

yup, many years of personal experience and observation

Good for tourist you, but that doesn't take away all the muslim violence and intolerance against non-muslims in those places. Have you checked out immigration rates? do ya think non-muslims are stampeding into those places? Raise your hand if you want the USA to be like morrocco.

Yeah, those wonderful bastions of free thinking tolerance and peace. BTW are the south park producers still alive? They were recent targets of the religion of peace and tolerance.

  6. I think I understand what you are saying, but you will find extremist within all groups. Just look at this forum, its the same handful of people with extreme views. Newt/palin/rush are supported by about 15% of the voters, that is why newt/palin will never get elected.

btw. good post, I like when people talk to each other, rather than past each other.

  7. The left is not condemning of other religions, just standing up for the constitution. Which Republicans the party of Abraham Lincoln, and supposedly the defenders of the constitution should be doing, standing up for equal rights of everyone, regardless of race, religion or creed. We should not be interpreting the constitution based on public opinion polls. Thanks.

There are other insular religious groups, like the Amish, but they don't spawn violent militants, or rape gangs, or death threats.

Islam idealogy is an aggressive conquering theology. It stands out as dangerous.

I stand for equal rights only for those who grant the same to me.

Here's what the left fails to grasp- in any fundy religion, their dogma is placed above the constitution. They are not worthy of being granted constitutional protection. When Sharia is in conflict with the constitution, guess what wins in the muslim mind?
