Depending on the person screaming, perhaps you could attach a microphone and filter for high frequency noice above a threshold.
I'm more likely to taunt the people on the other side of the trade, giving play by plays as they get caught in a short squeeze, or cracked by a nice offer. For some reason it relaxes me to comentate the situation play by play. If I am about to be wrong I literally say Oh shit the other side has some strength , and know I got to get the hell out.
