Not sure I can explain this but I'll try. What is that accent some people use? It sounds almost British but isn't. You know the one the one that makes the user sound ...sophisticated but sounds affected. As in if you they were saying, "I can't get no" it'd sound like, "Oui cahhhn't get new". If you know, where does that come from and how do they acquire it? Do they just make a decision that, I'm goiing to start talking like this?
