as an inside tip from an IFOCE top level competitor, he says best way to practice and stretch the stomach is to see how many gallons of water you can drink in 12 mins.. he averages 6 but that is just his training tip, don't know if it works for everyone
I was a professional musician. Went that that little school called Berklee..... I've been swing dancing for 6 years. Lift weights. You know what helps me concentrate the most? The opposite sex. I know $$ doesn't buy love, but it doesn't hurt to have a nice ride to get a lady (or guy if the case may be) to lend an eye. Yes, that is incredibly immature, but I'm sure I'm not the only one!
