Hi Guys, I was looking at MT5 for futures and the fact that Expert advisers can be coded by others in MT5 portal. Do you guys order a strategy to be coded by someone ? Please let me know if this is ok to do ? Also, aside MT5 , MT4 which other tool can the EA be purchased for ? Thank you

For the EA's that are there for sale, I wouldn't trust them as the success rate with them are very low despite what they advertise. As to having someone coding an EA for you, you can if you trust that person with knowing your trading system and plan. There are coders for hire who can create EA's for you. Besides MT5 and MT4, there is not much that EA's can be purchased for as they are a flavour of C languages customized for MT4 and MT5 so you won't be able to use it anywhere else. If you want to use your EA's for another platform, you would have to translate the codes into the language used by the other platform. Hope these helps.
