Do you encourage your children to trade?

  1. Jack Sandner held cattle so long he was out 2 million bucks. As luck would have it, the cattle rallied and he made it back , breaking evenI think. Maybe even a profit.

    A trail of tears applies to many endeavors where the potential reward is great. Anyone can go out and get a job at McDonalds...which btw apparently 20% of americans have done at one time or another....

    But not everyone can learn to hit a 95 mph fastball. Even the best of those who can are only successful at the plate with the bat 1 out of 3 times!

    Name one endeavor that offers potential tremendous reward that is not filled with failure.

    And like acting, or pro sports, or writing...in trading the first rule is...
