  1. Okay, I see how this works now. Sorta. You gotta squint and drink a little kool-aid to get there.

The problem with dems in Virginia creates an even more immediate need to impeach Trump?????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Whatever. I don't have the attention span for it right now- just browsing the news. I guess Trump's behavior emboldened dems to do racist things years ago and rape women before he even ran for office.

Makes sense I guess if you are in Jonestown.

Keep up the good work lefties. You will accomplish your goal of putting the entire world in the shiiter before you know it.

  2. That is the evil genius of Trump. He is responsible for all things bad, past, present and future. Rumor has it he shoved that iceberg into the titanic.

There is, so far, a galaxy of difference between the discovery phase in the Kavenaugh case and this Virginia Fracas. Let's not get carried away. In fact, lets not even be bothered by this stuff let the Commonwealth of Virginia work this out.

I do hope, however, they impeach the Governor. I think he'd survive -- if there is any sanity left in this country. But that would be a nice test of what high crimes and misdemeanors doesn't mean. I've never thought that meant expressing an opinion, even if it's an unpopular opinion. But who knows. The verginia legislature is free to define as they will. But they ought to think twice of the precedent they may set.

  6. Virginia is going to be a critical state in the general election.

Maybe if the guv survives he can campaign in his KKK outfit to help get out the vote for Democrats. His AG buddy can join in to show solidarity. The Lt. Guv may not be much help though, not sure that felons can vote there.

That would be special wouldn't it?

Dems out on the campaign trail.

    VIRGINIA IS FOR KKK LOVERS

it is a galaxy of difference.

In one case the man said he never met the women and her witnesses said they never anything happen either.

And then in VA you have a guy saying they did have sex but it as consensual... big difference.

Actually not. I suppose that is why the jury system of American Justice is flawed. The jury remembers the witness saying something other than what they said. Oh well.

    What are you talking about?
Ford's witnesses all stated that they never saw Kavanaugh with her or never met him at all.. to their recollection.
Her version of events were not corroborated by her witnesses.

    for instance...

The lawyer for Ford’s friend, Leland Ingham Keyser, said in a statement: “Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, without, Dr. Ford.”

So you are correct ... you would screw up a jury trial because you fall for the lefts fake news.

Ford herself had told the Post she didn’t think Keyser would remember the party since she had no reason to think anything really out of the ordinary happened there. Ford’s lawyers emphasized that point after Keyser’s statement to the committee became public. “It’s not surprising that Ms. Keyser has no recollection of the evening as they did not discuss it. It’s also unremarkable that Ms. Keyser does not remember attending a specific gathering 30 years ago at which nothing of consequence happened to her. Dr. Ford of course will never forget this gathering because of what happened to her there,” Ford’s attorney, Debra Katz, said.

Despite saying she hadn’t met Kavanaugh and doesn’t remember the party, Keyser told The Washington Post that she believes Ford.

Even Mark Judge, who Ford says was in the bedroom when Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her, has not denied that such an episode took place. His sworn statement to the committee says, “I have no memory of this alleged incident,” “do not recall the party” and “never saw Brett act in the manner Dr. Ford describes.”
