Should we be starting to trade August Crude on Monday or Tuesday?...Volume has just about caught up....
The July contract goes off the board on the 20th, which is Wednesday. Depending on your time horizon, the Aug may be better, but both should have very good liquidity and volume at this point. Below is a link to the NYMEX website's termination schedule. http://www.nymex.com/CL_term.aspx
