I rent a commercial post office box. The USPS won't deliver packages to them. ------------- I'm pretty sure the reason has to do with the law rather than USPS union vs private sector. It's about who has access to a mail delivery box. The addressee and the postal service, not the addressee, the postal service and various retail clerks that happen to be working that day.
Hands off the post office. We're not going to get whatever portion of tax thats paying for it refunded. Once Fedex and UPS finds out they've got a monopoly you think they're not going to increment their fees skyward. Private sector just salivates at the prospect of monopolies.
