Do we have an issue with Rithmic today?

    Some connections are very slow and delayed.... trying to contact my broker.....
     
  2. My Rithmic seems OK. Perhaps your issues are with the net or your ISP.

    I use total four Rithmic connections (for Journalytix, MotiveWave, Sierra Chart and Bookmap) on one Mac and one PC which are sharing the same Internet connection. In addition, I use Thinkorswim on the same PC. About 30 mins before the market open, Bookmap and Sierra Chart start receiving delayed data. See attached sample pic of Bookmap. Bookmap is on my Mac using Wifi, and Sierra Chart is on my PC using wire. I heard if I have multiple platforms using the same Internet line, I may end up with some delayed feed in certain platforms. Anyone have the same issue? This issue doesn't happen during pre market hours. How can I fix it?

    Can it happen when I have bandwidth bottleneck? My whole family members actually share the same Internet wifi line. Especially, my son usually plays online games at around market open........... Internet speed is not especially slow. Web selfing is fast enough and no one in my family complains about Internet quality. Should I install another dedicated line? :confused:
